Shipping Policy

Autovado ships to 100+ countries across North America, Europe and beyond, with North America and Europe as our focus markets. Available destinations for your items are confirmed during checkout — if a destination appears at checkout, we can ship there.

Orders are delivered by leading international carriers — such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and DPD. Depending on your destination and the size and weight of your items, several shipping options may be offered.

Shipping rates — and any free-shipping offers — are calculated per order and shown live at checkout, before you pay. The rate displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost of your order. Bulky items such as bumpers, exhaust systems or engines may be priced by weight and size.

Delivery typically takes 3–15 business days. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown at checkout, based on your address and the shipping option you choose.

Estimates may extend during major promotions, public holidays, or while a parcel clears customs. If a carrier or customs authority delays a shipment, we will keep the tracking status up to date so you can follow it.

Once your order ships, tracking information — carrier, tracking number and delivery timeline — is available for every parcel. You can follow it at any time from Track My Order or the tracking timeline on your order.

If something does not look right with a shipment — no movement, an unexpected exception, or a parcel marked delivered but not received — contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance fees, which are set by the destination country — not by Autovado. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely by country; if in doubt, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when you order. You can review and update your address book any time in My Account before an order ships. An address that carriers cannot deliver to may delay the shipment or cause the parcel to be returned.
